Here at Ardent we pride ourselves in giving the best experience ever. Melissa has been in the industry for over 20 yrs. She currently holds her Cosmetology Instructor license for the state Virginia. Her passion lays with education. Whether she is educating her students or her clientele, she is full of energy and enthusiasm. Melissa doesn’t have a “favorite” service she offers, she’s truly enjoys it ALL. With the apprenticeship program through the state, Melissa plans on giving back to the industry with well educated future professionals . Teal is not only our AMAZING Makeup Artist, she is the Salon Manager and is currently an Apprentice under Melissa for Cosmetology. She’s a busy Gal! Her love for the Artistry of makeup brings so much joy to people’s lives. She has a corky sense of humor and keeps us all laughing. After all Laughter IS the best medicine!
